CAROLYN MAE (OSTROM) BERKEZCHUK, 79, of Queen Creek, AZ, loving wife of George W. Berkezchuk, passed away after a battle with cancer on Sat., Dec., 31, 2016, at their home surrounded by family. Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Dorothy (Stayton) Ostrom.  She was preceded in death by her brothers Arthur and Kenneth Ostrom and sisters Virginia Perkins and Nancy Townsend.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by their two daughters Karen(Bart) Carr of Apache Jct., AZ, and Sandra(Gregory) Schaumburg of Mesa, AZ, their three sons Christopher(Angela) Berkezchuk of Mesa, AZ, Barry(Laurie) Berkezchuk of Apache Jct., AZ, and Gregory(Sheila) Berkezchuk of Mesa, AZ, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren (with 3 more due very soon), her sister Lois Ottey of Conshohocken, PA, and many nieces and nephews.  Carolyn and George have been residents of the East Valley since 1973 when they moved the family here from Penna. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in September.  Carolyn was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker who devoted her life to her family, attending every activity and celebration that she could.  She will be greatly missed by all of them.  A memorial service will be held at Mt. View Funeral Home and Cemetery in Mesa on Mon., Jan. 23, 2017 at 10:30am.
