Jeffrey Todd Newman, age 55, passed away on July 8, 2021, after a courageous battle with Leukemia. He was born in Toledo, OH on November 17, 1965. Jeff lived in Toledo, OH until 2013 when he moved with his family to Queen Creek, AZ. Jeff spent most of his career in management, starting at Ford Motor Company in Ypsilanti, MI and finishing at Ingram Micro in Chandler, AZ.

Jeff’s true passion in life was leading and mentoring his coworkers/employees. Jeff loved spending time with his family, planning adventures, working on home improvement projects, camping, playing games, swimming, kayaking, and boating. He really loved any water activities. He worked hard so he could play hard. His favorite was winning at poker. Most of all, his best times were spent being with family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Ann M. Newman; his sons, Joshua C. Newman, 31, Justin M. Newman, 27, and Jacob T. Newman, 20; and his beloved fur baby Lexi Babu Jinxy Gizmo Newman, 5.  You can find her pug adventures on Facebook at ‘Lexi “A Pugs Life”’. He is also survived by his beloved mother Jessie J. Newman; his two brothers Bob (Merrilee) Newman and Jim Newman; his brothers-in-law, Gary Lepper, Mitchell (Lisa) Sahadi, and Gabriel (Beth) Sahadi; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who he loved and adored. He was preceded in death by his beloved father William R. Newman and his beloved sister Debbie Lepper.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 23 at 10:00 am at Rock Point Church at 24759 S. Power Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. A second celebration of life is also being planned in Ohio. Details will be forthcoming.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the amazing Stem Cell Transplant team at MD Anderson Cancer Center along with all the nurses and doctors who have cared for him over the last eight months.
