KEITH GREGORY FRASER

2/23/1965  – 6/30/2020

Keith Gregory Fraser passed away unexpectedly at Banner Desert Medical Center on June 30th, 2020 in Mesa, Arizona at the age of 55 years old due to complications of a recent illness.

Keith was born on February 23rd, 1965 in Belfast, Maine to Hartley and Marlene (Esman) Fraser. He married Melyssa Kinsey on April 25th, 1987.

In Keith’s earlier years in Texas, he worked for Bridgestone-Firestone. After moving to Phoenix, AZ, Keith started and ran his own business, Car Care America, for many years. Later, he began working for Big O Tires where his eventual position would be a Franchise Business Consultant. Here he made many dear friends, held inspiring seminars, and received several accolades including Franchise Business Consultant of the Year in 2017.

Over 33 years of marriage, Keith and Melyssa welcomed three children: Beth, Kenneth and Katelyn. The couple later welcomed two granddaughters: Faith and Aurora. His family and friends remember him as a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. Keith was a wise, generous and kind man who did so much to help others. Always encouraged his children and grandchildren to be the best version of themselves and who dedicated his life to providing and caring for his family.

Keith had a passion for flying, and, through devotion and skill, became a great pilot. He has shared his love of aviation with his friends and family, often taking anyone that wanted to for a flight in his MX Ultralight aircraft. Keith spent many nights with his son, Kenneth, maintaining the aircraft and imparting his knowledge of aviation. He said that flying made him feel truly alive. He said he would tell himself to “Just fly the aircraft” and it would become an extension of himself allowing him to feel completely free. Keith loved all things about the outdoors, such as boating, camping, fishing, and hunting, but flying was his true passion.

Keith is survived by his wife, Melyssa (Kinsey) Fraser; mother, Marlene Schuman; two daughters and a son, Beth, Katelyn, and Kenneth; his daughter-in-law, Kodi; granddaughters, Faith and Aurora; his brothers, Doug (wife Jaime), Brian (wife Robin), Jack (wife Sue), and his identical twin Kevin; his sisters, Lisa (husband Charles), and Sonja (husband Andy); as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Hartley Fraser; brothers, Sonny, William, and Theodore; and sisters, Gereldine and Sandra.

Keith will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him.

“THOSE WE LOVE DO NOT GO AWAY. THEY WALK BESIDE US EVERYDAY. UNSEEN, UNHEARD, BUT ALWAYS NEAR. STILL LOVED, STILL MISSED AND VERY DEAR. LOVE LEAVES US A MEMORY NO ONE CAN STEAL.”

YOU WILL BE FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS HONEY!

-Your Sweetheart, Melyssa and all our beautiful babies
