William David Nelson, 82, of Queen Creek, Arizona passed away on the 16th of October, 2021 in Chandler, Arizona. Mr. Nelson was born in Bell, California to Max William Nelson and Beda Louise Burgeson. He spent his career in the air conditioning industry, and was the vice-president of multiple air conditioning contracting companies when he retired.
William is survived by his wife, Sharon Eaves; three daughters, Holly (Brian Walker), Karen (Tony Abbasi), and Cami Nelson; five sons, William (Belinda), Michael (Debbie), John (Elizabeth-deceased), Kenneth and Robert (Jennifer); his sisters, Carol Hansen, Joyce Curry, Jean Andersen, and Christine Dillenbeck; his brothers, Gary Wayne Nelson and Richard Nelson; and his grandparents, William and Clarinda Nelson, David and Beda Burgeson.
William is also survived by many grandchildren: Cody Nelson, Alexa Nelson, Bransen Nelson, Shannon Nelson, Lyosha Nelson, Gracie Nelson, Jayson Wettengel, Jayke Wettengel, Hayden Tiner, Harlen Tiner, Taylor Walker (Veronica), Carson Walker, Hunter Walker (Amorette), Porter Walker, Hudson Walker, Jordan Nelson, Trevor Nelson (Cheryl), Miki Nelson. He is preceded in death by one grandson, Michael Nelson. William also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren: Brianna Wettengel, Jayce Wettengel, Ella Nelson, Alyssa Nelson, Easton Wettengel, and Olivia Walker.
Services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021. Family will greet friends for a visitation at 10:00am at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek, followed by a graveside funeral service at 11:30am at San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms, located at 22425 E. Cloud Road in Queen Creek.
