Richard Todd Wheeler, 45, of San Tan Valley, AZ, passed away on October 19, 2015.

Brian Philippsen says: What can I say about Rick that has already been said, a great guy that treated everyone with equal respect. Always willing to help out friends in need. Recently I lost a good friend he too only in his 40s. I told Rick about my lost and how he had not planned for the worst. We both shared similar stories of families in the same boat. A couple of days later Rick hands me an envelope and said give to your friend’s family from Interlink. That’s the type on guy he was always acting before being asked as to not put anyone in a awkward position.
Rick has been missed the moment we received the terrible news. I catch myself looking for his truck everyday, or his name on my phone.
Praise God that Rick was a believer and his enjoying the company of lost family and friends, we will all be together again one day.
My thoughts and prayer go out to his family over their terrible loss.
