Family members of mine had an unfortunate passing of their 15yr old son. I had the privilege of interacting with the funeral home team members. I was grateful for their gentleness and empathy for my sister and her family. Particularly one staff member, a woman, but I unfortunately forgot her name. She was kind, explained things in a way that wasn’t harsh or direct, kept an open mind, and offered my sister and her husband many different options from start to finish. I loved that, considering that they have never had to bury someone before and had to be so involved in the process. Although the circumstances were difficult and heavy, she lightened the load by being constantly available for any questions, concerns, and changes. We are very grateful.

I was very satisfied with the kind, compassionate service our family received from the staff at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home. Everyone made this very difficult time much easier. Drew was our Funeral Director. He helped us not only with funeral planning but by also contacting the agencies that needed to be notified about my husband's death. Our family felt very comforted by everyone involved. At Christmas they offered an evening for all families who lost loved ones that year to get together. It was a beautiful event and I cant thank them enough for all they did to make it special.

Our world was turned upside down with the passing of my niece. My brother just moved to AZ 5 months ago so the area was unfamiliar. We did a google search/review to find Don at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home. We had nothing but the best experience with him. He was sincere, caring, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to allow me and my sister the opportunity to see our niece before we had to travel back to CA. His caring demeanor is infectious. He took his time with the family to explain everything, it wasn't a sale pitch AT ALL. He was patience, kind, sincere and warm. It is a beautiful place and affordable. I recommend this place 100%.
