I had the great honor & privilege of serving with CSM Jesse Sablan in Japan from 1999 2000. Jesse was an amazing professional soldier and a kind individual to all who knew him. The most amazing thing about Jesse that was engraved in your soul was his smile. Please accept our very sincere condolences to Mrs. Sablan, his children, grandchildren & all his family.

Condolences to sis Bobbie and children. My brother was truly a remarkable person. He was kind , gentle, hardworking and had a loving heart. His life was full of many blessings. He is now with the Lord and celebrating his new life with him. We treasure the beautiful memories we have of him growing up and being a big brother to us. We will surely miss him but we have him in our heart. Gone but will never be forgotten.

CSM Sablan hired me as his sergeant majors driver in Yongsan, Korea I believe 1999-2000…actually he had hired a new driver just 3 days prior but after meeting with him n talking he decided to give me the job.! We kept in touch over the years but more recently, where he was concerned with my safety being a NYPD cop in these trying times. He was a good friend and serve our country with honors. I am deeply saddened with his sudden passing but old soldiers never die, just fade away. Heaven has received a special man…
