Blake Rumsey, 60, passed away December 17, 2024 after a prolonged battle with cancer. Blake was married to his best friend Cathy for 39 years. They were an inseparable team and perfect complement to each other.
Blake was retired from UPS after 28 years working in Orange County, California. He was an active church member and a dedicated leader and participant in Bible Study Fellowship. Blake is survived by his wife, Cathy; his mother, Mary; his siblings, Brad (Deb) Rumsey, Jill (Larry) Jones and Brent (Sheila) Rumsey; as well as eight nieces and one nephew.
The Celebration of Life service will be held at Ironwood Church, 8635 E. Pecos Rd., Mesa, AZ 85212 on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 10:00am. Please join us for a lunch immediately following the service in the church lobby.
