Faith Patrice Holt, 59, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, gained her heavenly wings, the morning of March 22^nd, 2025. Born in Richmond, Indiana, to parents, Walter L.S. Holt Jr & Frances Johnson. Faith is survived by her brother, Walter L.S. Holt III, of Las Vegas, Nevada & sister, Nichelle L. Pola, of San Tan Valley, Arizona. Faith had five nieces, Machelle, Nichole, Alana, Kalia & No’ellani & a nephew, Walter L.S. IV, two great nieces, Lyra & Anjole & a great nephew, Aiden. Faith’s extended family of many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins span from Richmond, Indiana to Tallahassee, Florida to Arizona. Faith was preceded in death by both parents & her stepmother, Nancy.

In life, Faith enjoyed walks, puzzles, board games, brushing her wigs & most of all, dancing. As a youth, Faith even participated in the Special Olympics, where she thoroughly enjoyed athletic events & being around others. She loved a good Jackson 5 or Michael Jackson tune & would dance throughout the house. Faith loved a good laugh & had a little giggle that could get others to smile. Faith traveled more than most & resided in cities throughout her life, like Tucson, Arizona, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Greenville, Mississippi, before settling in San Tan Valley, Arizona, for the last year.

It’s with faith, hope & love that our hearts are comforted, knowing Faith’s journey home was without pain, but with joy & excitement knowing she’d soon to be reunited with passed loved ones.
