Hope Ann Galvan, 72, passed away on July 1, 2024, in Queen Creek, Arizona.  She was born on December 5, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois, to Domingo and Elena Chavez.  She was the youngest of 14 children.

Hope was born to a migrant family and the first sibling to be accepted into University of Wisconsin.  Hope dedicated her life to the home health care industry, working with elderly until she retired.  Hope loved basketball, her favorite team growing up was the Boston Celtics and later in life became a devoted Chicago Bulls fan.  Hope also found a love for dog sitting, taking pride in her relationships she built with each family.  Hope had a passion for pinata making, always taking a new challenge as an opportunity.  Her greatgrandchildren were her joy as she aged, making sure to never miss a holiday with a card.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Eddie, Lawrence, Raymond, and Peter; sisters, Jessica, Lupe, and Terry.

Hope is survived by her loving children, Jennifer Johnson (Craig), and Ron Johnson (Cecilia); grandchildren, Saul, Niko, Alicia, Sergio, and Stephon; bonus grandsons, Alex (Kayla), Blaine, and Lucas; great grandchildren Sofia, Saul, Andre, and Isabella; brother, Robert (Anita); sisters, Margaret, Blanca, Linda (Larry), Peggy, and Pat

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, Arizona, 85142.
