Janice Marie Barbee Bray was born December 27, 1944, and passed on February 23, 2023; 78 years young of Queen Creek, AZ. Her parents were John and Leeberta Clark Barbee of Senica, MO. 

Janice met her husband, Bobby Darrell Bray, in Mesa, AZ, and were married on September 16, 1962, in Las Vegas, NV, for 60 years. 

Janice is survived her husband, Bob Bray; daughter, Chalmayn Gibbs of Ft. Smith, AR, daughter, Charlette and husband, Kevin Erickson of Apache Jct., AZ, and son, Robert (Robby) and Jennifer Bray of Queen Creek, AZ; sister in laws, Carolyn Miller, Wynona Estes, Brenda Bell, and Debra McGrew. Janice is preceded in death by her parents, John and Leeberta Barbee, Donnie Miller, Johnny Lee Barbee and Earlene Johnson.  

Janice lived for her many grandchildren, Tiffany and Jason Hoskins, Grant and Katie Gibbs, Michael and K-Lynn Moody, Casey and Taylor Gurney, Ashley and James Farrey, Nicole and Kyler Wiegel, Ace Erickson, Stephanie and Ramon Ruiz, Heather and Mike Bergstrom, Garrett and Heather Ann Bray. 

Her Great Grandchildren were her pride and joys. Tacker, Talon, Grey, Adelen, Eli, Emilee, Brayden, Rylan, Addilynn, Ivey, Kade, Kamden, Kennedy, Kaysen, Rowan, Ledger, Oakley, Audree, Elaine, Olivia and Robby. 

Janice was a Rabbette in high school. She loved playing softball. While living in Gilbert her and her sister-in-law Carolyn Miller and a friend started a girls softball league and became coaches for her daughters. 

Family will visit with family and friends March 3, 2023, from 10 AM to 11 AM with service following from 11 AM to 12 PM at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek, AZ, 85142. A luncheon will follow at 21102 S 196th St, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
