Robert Wosnitzer, born on October 15, 1944, in Neptune, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2024, at the age of 80. A devoted husband, Robert married Joanne in 1976, and together they built a lifetime of love, family, and cherished memories. He is survived by his beloved wife Joanne; his son, Robert Jr.; and his wife Sonja; his stepdaughter, Stephanie Galla, and her husband, Michael Galla; and his three grandchildren, Holly Stone, 33, Steven Galla, 25, and Stella Wosnitzer, 7, all of whom brought him great pride and joy. Robert also leaves behind his brother, John, and sister-in-law, Maureen, with whom he shared a close bond throughout his life.
Robert built a distinguished career at Shearson Lehman Brothers, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President before retiring in 1993. Respected for his keen insight and admired for his leadership, he was known among his colleagues and friends for his integrity and compassionate nature. Throughout his life, Robert’s warmth, generosity, and deep commitment to his family and loved ones left a lasting legacy. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
