Trevor Justin Lewis, 29, of Gilbert, AZ, passed away on July 30, 2016.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 6 at the Queen Creek Arizona Stake, 21915 E. Cloud Rd., Queen Creek, AZ. Family will greet visitors at 9:00am, with a funeral service to follow at 10:00am.
In addition, there will be a graveside committal service on Thursday, August 11 at 9:00am at San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms, 22425 E. Cloud Rd., Queen Creek, AZ.
