Hazel Bernice Wagner, 23, of Queen Creek, Arizona, passed away on June 21, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1998 in Anaheim, California.
Hazel is survived by her parents, Jaimie Wagner and Daniel Keenan; grandparents, Angela and Bruce and Sarah; half sisters and brothers; uncles, Philip, Peter and Thomas; and many great- aunts, great-uncles, and cousins on both sides who loved her dearly.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 3:00 PM followed by a reception at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, AZ, 85142. Hazel’s service will be live streamed. Below is the link and login to join the service if you are unable to attend.
