Jeffrey David Neufer, who was born to David Neufer and Norene Scrivens on April 17, 1954 was called to his heavenly home on August 3, 2020. Jeff is survived by his wife Tammy, 3 children, Jon Neufer, Travis Neufer and Kristina Pemberton and 2 step- children Andrew and Lisa. Jeff had 7 grandchildren, Isabella, Emma, Caleb, Emily, Chelsea, Damon and Aizik. Jeff is survived by 3 sisters, Vicki SanSebatian, Pamela Thorsen, Terri Worl, Aunt “Do Do”, 2 half-sisters and 2 half-brothers, Janet Gunderson, Annette Cyphers, Michael Plucar, and Jason Chandler.

Jeff was born in Oregon but has resided in Washington and most recently Arizona. Jeff was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He spent several years dedicated to his work for the railroad. Jeff was loved instantly by those who surrounded him. His favorite pastimes were fishing, golfing, barbecuing, swimming, and most importantly, spending time with his family.
