Melissa Romero, 27, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away on February 25, 2021.  She was born in Nogales, Arizona on July 27, 1993 to Adalberto Romero and Mercedes Figueroa. Melissa had a passion for baking and baked cakes for a non-profit organization that helped sick children.  Her biggest dream was to open her own bakery.  Melissa was a hopeless romantic and absolutely loved music and dancing since the day she was born.  Her witty jokes and phrases will be with us forever.  She is survived by the light of her life, her son, Mateo Oscar Beal; loving boyfriend, Kevin Beal; two younger brothers, Andres and Adrian Romero; her parents; grandparents, whom she loved deeply; aunts and uncles whom all loved her like their own daughter, many cousins, whom she had special connections with since they all grew up together and many close friends. A memorial mass will be held for Melissa on Saturday, March 12, 2021 at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 20615 E Ocotillo Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
