Billie V. Williams passed away quietly in the early morning of October 14, 2021.

Mrs. Williams was born March 20, 1939, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Oliver Moore and Juanita Virginia (Hinton) Moore. She was the oldest of seven children.

She was married to the love of her life, Francis Williams, in January, of 1971. She was a licensed beautician and later worked for the postal service, in which she retired.

Billie loved to travel. She and Frank traveled and explored many places of the United States, from Key West, Florida to Fairbanks, Alaska. They met many friends along the way.

She was very artistic. She painted many rocks with animal images, and many were in awe when they saw the intricate designs she painted on her vases.
