Sending love, (hugs), and prayers to his mom, friends and family. It was a pleasure to know Chip. He is already missed and won’t be forgotten. He was an awesome friend and Realtor. I am grateful to have been a friend and client too.

It’s so hard to believe he is gone. He was a special guy to so many people. Just remember you have friends who love you … now and always.

Chip became one of my dearest friends! My heart breaks for the family! He will be greatly missed and always loved and respected! He was one of the kindest people that I have known. Would’ve taken the shirt off his back and given it to you. When nobody would or could show up, Chip always did!

  5. Sandra Persico says:

Chip was the 1st friend that I made when I moved out here to Arizona , although it started out as a business relationship, we became quick friends , it really was a fluke how we met , when coming out to find a house , the realtor I had lined up flaked on me , so I started making cold calls to find someone to help find a house , that is how I met Chip , he was outstanding , he went above and beyond for me in my search , if it wasn’t for him , I would not have found my perfect little house . After we became good friends , he was my go to guy if I ever had any questions , always willing to help with anything , I will miss you always , I’m so glad that you have been part of my life for the past 7 years , only problem was that it wasn’t long enough . My condolences to his family , and friends , we lost a good one , always in our hearts 💕 , Xoxoxoxo

  6. NIta & Gerrit says:

Hard to believe that he is really gone. We will miss his morning calls and “what ya’ doing” ? It was a joy to work with Chip because he was always positive no matter how tough it got. He was a dedicated Realtor and went above and beyond for all of his clients. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. We are blessed to have known Chip. A Gift from God has Gone Home. RIP Chip.

  7. Kevin and Pauline says:

Can’t believe he’s gone. Remember him as a child, visiting with his parents in NJ.

  13. John Tucker says:

Chip was one the first people we met when we moved to Arizona. We quickly became fast friends and shortly after my wife Gaylene started their real estate partnership. I always respected chip for his humbleness, he was a very good realtor and he knew the business well. I don’t believe he ever met a stranger and could be so funny.
He will be forever in my heart and never forgotten. This world is a better place having had him in it.

  14. Vanita Harris says:
