Kirk, Eileen Ann Stewart (nee Bieszk), 77, of San Tan Valley, AZ, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt was released to our Heavenly Father on August 15, 2016, after a courageous 5-month battle with lung cancer.

Born in Wisconsin, on February 9, 1939, Eileen moved to Arizona with her late husband Wendell (Dell) and daughter Kim in 1971. Eileen has owned and operated two prosperous businesses, including a hair salon and real estate brokerage. With a passion for entertaining, Eileen would invite friends that became ‘family’ to annual Christmas Eve and Fourth of July gatherings. Once you were invited, you were family and expected to come, to enjoy Tom & Jerrys at Christmas and fireworks from many municipalities on the Fourth. After four years together and with the blessing from their children, Eileen and Paul Kirk wed in an intimate ceremony on March 11, 2016, in Laughlin, NV. Her fondest recent memory, a family Caribbean cruise with her husband, Paul, kids Kim and Troy, and grandchildren, sustained Eileen through her illness as a source of happiness and with a goal to cruise again.

Eileen is survived by her loving husband Paul Kirk, of San Tan Valley, and his fond children, devoted daughter Kimberly Ayers (Terry), of Queen Creek, AZ, caring son Troy Fluegel (Ellen), of Gilbert, AZ, cherished grandchildren Dalis and Dylan Smith, Brittany and Tyller Ayers, Zoe and Nicholas Fluegel, dear brother Danny Bieszk (Sharon), of Milwaukee, WI, nieces Jill Perlberg (Tommy) of Franklin, WI, Cheryl Drees (Paul), Peshtigo, WI, nephew James Burger (Michelle), of Crivitz, WI, beloved family, friends and her dog Barbie.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Louis Bieszk (nee Borczyzkowski), sister and brother-in-law Sandra and Joseph Scott (nee Bieszk), and husbands Wendell George Fluegel and Wayne Elvis Stewart.

Special thanks to the excellent care from The Villa, in Mesa, Arizona and Adrianne Condos, RN Navigator with MD Anderson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Central Lutheran Church, 324 North Sacaton Street, Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
