With deepest sorrow, we announce our beloved son, brother, family member and friend Hunter Cade Vindiola, age 16 of Queen Creek, Arizona passed unexpectedly on Friday, July 3, 2020 while on vacation in Greer, Arizona.  Hunter was born on April 7, 2004 in Safford, Arizona.

Hunter touched the lives of so many; our beloved son and brother was a bright light and leaves us smiling through tears. He will continue to stay with us all through beautiful memories. Please spread his message of love, kindness and laughter and be good to one another.

Hunter was an avid outdoorsman that loved to fish and hunt with his family and friends.  He was a starting Offensive Lineman for the Queen Creek Bulldogs where he just completed his sophomore year.  Hunter aspired to earn a college scholarship to continue following his passion for the game.

Most importantly, Hunter had a deep love for his family.  He never left a room or hung up a phone without saying “I love you”.  Hunter always had a smile on his face and was the life of the party.  He cherished the time he spent with his friends doing what teens do, hanging out.

Hunter is survived by his adoring parents Steven and Brandi Vindiola; loving brother Gage Vindiola; grandparents Virgil and Vicki Damron and Rudy and Gloria Vindiola; great-grandparents Earl and Wanda Clinton; aunt and uncles, Hector and Danielle Salazar, Paul and Rudy Vindiola; surviving cousins are Paige and Chase Salazar and Zachary, Mackenzie and Cameron Vindiola.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 5pm – 8pm at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home located at 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek, AZ  85142 (masks required).  Due to COVID restrictions, the funeral service is limited to immediate family only.  A live streaming URL link will be released no later than Monday, July 13, 2020.

    Brandi & Steve,
My heart continues to break for you and your entire family. Hunter was one of those kids that made everyday a better day! I could always count on him and “his crew” to be sitting at the same table everyday at lunch laughing and cutting up. He will always be remembered and will always be “one of my favorites”. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always!
