Jill Steinmetz-Wagoner was 49 years old when she unexpectedly passed away on October 26, 2019. Jill was a wonderful, happy, silly and caring person. She was a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Jill had six children, Rondall, Casi, Ryan, Ashlynn, Sylena and Riley. She was a grandmother of five, Kaylynn, Rayne, Vincent, Alyanna and Riddick, and Matthew III, who will be born in December.

Jull was the type of person who would care for others before caring for herself. She was the type of person who wouldn’t judge anyone and looked at everyone equally. When it came to our youngest son, Riley, who has autism, she would be the one to calm him down or let me know we need to be a little more patient with him. Jill was such a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and just all around wonderful person. She knew how to put a smile on my face, or really anybody she would come in contact with. Saying goodbye (or, as we used to say to each other, ‘it’s not bye, it’s see you later’) has been the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with. She was my rock, my reality voice, and right now I feel lost without her. Jill did have some health issues, migraines, back problems, and fibromyalgia that caused pain for her on a daily basis. That never stopped her from helping somebody out or being a good ear to listen when all that somebody needed was to talk. With all that going on, she always still knew how to make us laugh.

Services will be held on Monday, November 4 at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek. Family will greet friends for a visitation at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 10:30 a.m.
