Penny Sue Huber

May 7, 1960 – May 22, 2025

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Penny Sue Huber, 65, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, on May 22, 2025. Born on May 7, 1960, in Elgin, Illinois, Penny was the beloved daughter of Richard and Joyce Ticknor (Darr). She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Huber, Joyce Ticknor, Richard Ticknor Jr. She is survived by her loving sisters, Karen Peoples, Julie Ticknor, Charlotte Ticknor, and Bobbye Stull. Also, survived by her loving brothers, Matthew Ticknor, Christopher Ticknor, Gerald Ticknor, and John Ticknor.  Penny worked as a Medical Unit Clerk and was known for her kindness, generosity, and passion. Penny was a cherished member of our family, a loyal friend, and source of joy to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her beautiful quilting and cross stitch work and her unwavering spirit. A Celebration of Life is to be announced soon. In Lieu of donations, she was an advocate for animals, and any donations can be made to the Gulf Coast Humane Society in Corpus Christi, Texas, in her honor.
