Raymond Anthony Edwards, 49, of Queen Creek, Arizona, passed away April 24, 2022, in Chandler, Arizona.  He was born in Seattle, Washington, on July 29, 1972.

Mr. Edwards is a proud retired veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fiatuiga (Trina) Edwards; sons, TayeShaun Malik Edwards and Rae’Jon Fitiafiafi Edwards; parents, Vetress Edwards Sr. and Joycelyn Edwards and brother, Gerald L. Edwards.

A visitation for Raymond will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, Arizona, 85142.  He will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.

    Raymond was a very special friend and was always there for me. I will always hold him dear to my heart. He’s left a void in my life that no one can ever fill. I love you so much my friend and I miss you terribly. Thank you for your wife thats become a dear friend.     Our deepest condolences to Trina and all those that loved Raymond. He was such an inspiration to Jeff and I. Raymond always had a smile when we saw him. We cherish the time sitting by the fire after church and the few times we were able to go out for dinner. Raymond is now rejoicing with the Lord and will be missed until we see him again!
