Rochelle Renae (Saude) Fales passed away at home on April 8th, 2026. Rochelle was born in Seattle, Washington on December 20th, 1964. She was the daughter of Raymond and Rose Saude of Renton, Washington.

Rochelle is survived by her husband, Kevin Fales of San Tan Valley, Arizona, her father Raymond Saude of Renton, Washington, her son Royce Rubattino of San Tan Valley, Arizona, her brother Rodney Saude and his wife Kathy of Renton, Washington and her mother-in-law Morlie Fales of Winslow, Arizona. She was proceeded to heaven by her mother, Rose Marie Saude.

Rochelle was united in marriage to her loving husband, Kevin Fales, on November 18th, 2018 “standing on the corner” in Winslow, Arizona.

Rochelle grew up in Renton and attended Lindbergh High School from 1979 to 1983. After High School and a short stint with a law firm, Rochelle began her career with the Boeing Company in 1984. Rochelle worked from 1984 to 1996 for Boeing Military and Aerospace. Between those first years of her career, Rochelle left Seattle in 1985 to move to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She lived in Riyadh from 1985 through 1987. Rochelle then returned to the United States in 1987 and worked at the Boeing Development Center. In those following years, Rochelle moved around Boeing and eventually ended up in Kent, Washington before she left Boeing and moved to Houston, Texas in 1996. She lived in Houston from 1996 to

2006. After 10 years in Texas, Rochelle moved to Mesa, Arizona. Once in Mesa, she rejoined Boeing and eventually moved to the Apache Attack Helicopter Program in 2007. During those years in Mesa, Rochelle was known for organizing “foodie” and “team building” events. Rochelle would put together Holiday gatherings, Potlucks, costume contests at Halloween, and Ugly Christmas Sweater contests at Christmas. She retired from Boeing on October 2nd of 2020.

Rochelle loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved her dogs, Bayla, Luna, Willow, Suzie Q and Aspen. Rochelle enjoyed gardening (growing tomatoes), cooking, baking (making her own sourdough bread), barbequing, crafting, golfing, reading, spending time outdoors and playing cards with her Dad. Rochelle also loved watching “crime shows” on TV. Rochelle’s deepest love and cherish accomplishment was being a mother.

After moving from Chandler to San Tan Valley in 2019, Rochelle spent time with her husband restoring their 1969 Firebird. From engine building, to sheet metal work and to the final painting, Rochelle was involved in every aspect of the restoration process. After a very short tutorial on “how to paint a car”, Rochelle laid down all of the paint work on the Firebird.

Rochelle was an artist, a poet, an athlete and an actress. Rochelle taught herself to paint, quilt, crochet and make beautiful jewelry. Growing up in Renton, she competed in roller skating, both figures and dance, she competed in swimming and also did ballet. Rochelle completed a half marathon in her 50s and with some help from her husband and friends, she learned to golf. And, on occasion, she would best her husband with the low score for a round of golf. Rochelle acted. She had a small part in a company sponsored video, for Boeing, and she was also featured in a promotional video for Woodside Homes in 2019.

Throughout her life, Rochelle was a fighter, a warrior, a soul sister, a “Momma Bear”. She was a hero to so many and a friend to everyone that she met. She fought things that no one else could ever imagine or endure. Those of us who were fortunate enough to know her, are truly blessed. We will never forget her and the love she brought to this world.
