Rodolfo Paez Contreras
1/9/1944 – 9/21/2025

Rodolfo Paez Contreras, 81, of Queen Creek, Arizona, passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico in 1944 to Rodolfo Paez and Andrea Contreras.

Rodolfo was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria del Pilar Paez. He first met Maria del Pilar in Ensenada, Baja California, and they married there in 1969.

A man with a kind‑hearted spirit, Rodolfo had many friends who loved him for his joy and warmth. He loved music, loved to dance, and was often the life of the party. He was always happy and always ready to lift spirits. In the same loving way he treated people, he also opened his heart to his pets, caring for each one as a cherished family member.

He is survived by his children: Rodolfo, Alfonso, Andrea, Alejandro, and Amber; ten grandchildren; and one great‑grandchild.

Rodolfo will be deeply missed by all who knew him; his family, his friends, and all who were touched by his laughter and the kindness of his heart.

There will be a visitation held on Friday, October 3rd at 10:00am at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, AZ  85142. Burial will follow at 12:30pm at San Tan Memorial Gardens at Schnepf Farms, 22425 E. Cloud Rd., Queen Creek, AZ  85142.
