On Monday, November 11, 2019, Ruth Cox, loving wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma, passed away, surrounded with love and comfort by her family. She was 79 years old.

Ruth was born on January 30, 1940 in Marietta, Ohio to Clyde and Adelaide Weaver. She attended Arizona State University and received her Bachelor’s degree. Ruth retired from Boeing Aircraft where she was a Senior Buyer.

Rush had a passion for cross-stitching, sewing and crafting. She loved to go shopping with grandkids and finding special gifts for those she loved. Ruth was always full of silly stories, had a unique sense of humor and candid personality. Ruth’s family will forever remember her favorite holiday traditions, her calm voice and gentle comforting touch.

Ruth was preceded in death by her father Clyde, mother Addie, and brother Richard. She is survived by her loving husband Herb, three children (David, Lori and Rich), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ruth also leaves behind her two Pomeranians, Holly and Fancy, who she deeply loved.
